Telephone advice service
Select the solicitors firm to provide your advice
We have several firms of solicitors who are able to provide your telephone advice service. The procedure is as follows:
-
You first need to select the firm you wish to use
Find out more about them on their information pages.
-
You will then be taken to the payment page
After which:
-
You will be redirected to the information form you need to complete
-
The solicitors you have selected will then be in touch within two working days* to arrange for your advice call
Note that solicitors have an obligation to check to see if your ‘opponent’ is an existing client of theirs. If so they will have a ‘conflict of interest’ and will be unable to advise or act for you. If this happens we will let you know. You can either use another firm or if you would rather not do this, we will refund your fee.
Note that your advice cannot be provided until the information form has been submitted to the solicitors.
*A ‘working day’ is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
The fee for this service is £115, payable in advance.
About payment
The £115 will entitle you up to 1/2 hour of telephone advice, in one call.
Note that the advice cannot be given until payment has been made. You need to pay online either by credit or debit card or by pay pal via our payment page. We do not accept payments by cash or cheque.
If you have any problems making payment, let us know via the contact support page.
