Check Your Occupation Type – England or Wales?

Housing Law in Wales changed on 1 December 2022 when the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 came into force.

This introduced a new legal system for rented property in Wales.

Although this site is primarily looking at English law, we will, from time to time, flag up differences with Welsh law which we will highlight with the Wales flag item.
